April 8, 2008 - Rubie Stepney, wife of EWF Legend Charles Stepney, passes Rubie Stepney, wife of producer, composer, musician and arranger Charles Stepney, passed away on April 1, 2008. She spent her life sharing and enriching others with her outgoing personality, love and spiritual wisdom. She was a multi-talented Artist and Instructor. She received her bachelors in Art and pursued her Masters of Divinity at the University of Chicago. Her gifts are still embodied in her photography, fashion design, portraits, sculptures and pottery. She will be greatly missed. She leaves to mourn her departure but celebrate her home going, daughters Eibur, Charlene and Chante and 6 grandchildren, Brandice, Darryl, Gabrielle, Alexandria, Lindsey, and Edward Charles Her services will be held on Tuesday, April 8th, 2008 at Prayer Band Pentecostal Church 4020 S.
